Cancellation Policy
All sessions are non-refundable once booked, as time and energy are reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within this window may be moved to a new date, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Sessions that begin late due to client arrival will still end at the scheduled time. Reiki and energy healing sessions are complementary wellbeing practices and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. By booking a session, you confirm responsibility for your own wellbeing and consent to receiving holistic healing services.
