Booking & Payment Policy

​

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed.

 

The £222 programme deposit is a non-refundable booking fee that secures your place and personalised plan.

 

The deposit cannot be used as a session credit.

 

Pay in full, 50% deposit, and £222 low deposit payment plans are available for the Release & Reset programme.

Cancellation Policy

​

All sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full.

 

Sessions on the 6 and 8 week programme are charged in full regardless of cancellation or reschedule.

 

If Demi needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full reschedule

will be offered.

 

No refunds are issued for sessions already completed.

 

Refund Policy

 

Once a programme has commenced, sessions are non-refundable.

 

Discovery calls are non-refundable once completed.

 

If a client wishes to withdraw from a programme before it begins, the deposit is

non-refundable and any further payments will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Confidentiality

​

All client information shared in sessions is kept strictly confidential.

 

Blue Soul Balance does not share personal information with third parties.

 

Session notes are stored securely and are not accessible to any other party.

 

Disclaimer

​

Blue Soul Balance offers coaching, healing, and wellbeing services. These are not a

substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

 

Clients are encouraged to continue working with their GP or medical

professional alongside these sessions.

 

Demi reserves the right to refer a client to a more appropriate professional if needed.

Online Sessions

​

All sessions take place via video call. Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection.

 

A quiet, private space is required for all sessions.

 

Sessions will not be recorded without prior written consent from both parties.

Intellectual Property

 

All materials, programmes, and content created by Blue Soul Balance are the intellectual property of Demi.

 

Clients may not share, reproduce, or resell any materials provided as part of a programme or session.
