6–12 Week Awakening Program – Discovery Call This complimentary discovery call is the first step into the 6–12 Week Awakening Program, a personalised holistic coaching journey designed to support deep self-connection, emotional healing, and lasting inner change. The call is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we explore where you are currently, what you’re feeling stuck with, and what you truly want to shift or create in your life. It’s an opportunity to ask questions, gain clarity, and see whether this program is the right fit for you. The Awakening Program blends holistic healing practices with mindset and life coaching, supporting both the emotional and practical sides of transformation. Rather than focusing on surface-level change, the program works with the nervous system, subconscious patterns, and emotional layers that influence how you think, feel, and move through life. Depending on your needs, the program may include a combination of Reiki, breathwork, meditation, NLP-based coaching, somatic practices, journaling, inner-child work, and intuitive guidance. Each journey is fully tailored, allowing the work to unfold at a pace that feels safe, grounded, and sustainable. This program is ideal if you’re feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, stuck in repeating patterns, or at a point of transition in your life. It’s also suited to those seeking deeper clarity, emotional balance, confidence, and a stronger sense of alignment with themselves and their direction. Over 6 to 12 weeks, you’ll be supported to release what no longer serves you, build self-awareness, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner resources. The intention is not to fix you, but to help you remember who you are beneath the noise, conditioning, and stress. This discovery call is open to anyone considering the program. There is no obligation to commit — it’s simply a space to connect, explore, and decide what feels right for you.
Cancellation Policy
All sessions are non-refundable once booked, as time and energy are reserved exclusively for you. If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled within this window may be moved to a new date, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Sessions that begin late due to client arrival will still end at the scheduled time. Reiki and energy healing sessions are complementary wellbeing practices and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. By booking a session, you confirm responsibility for your own wellbeing and consent to receiving holistic healing services.
